📢 Historic day for Portugal and phage therapy! 🇵🇹 A framework was approved, allowing magistral preparation of personalized phage products. 🙌 Grateful to Jean-Paul Pirnay, my group @AzeredoLab Portuguese patients, and doctors who signed a petition inspired by the Belgium model.

Congratulations to Stephen Thompson (PhD), @hormoyhemmy (PhD), Lesley Hoyles and @WinterJody on their preprint combining transcriptomic (RNAseq) and phenotypic work to show the effects of menadione on Helicobacter pylori.

Check our latest preprint! We've doubled the number of known weberviruses (phages of Klebsiella) and taken a bit of a deep dive into their genomes to better characterise the genus.
