@DrJohnABaker @VeikkoPiri When they have developed the fidelity checklist, based on the active ingredients, it might help to answer the issues raised in your Compare and Contrast studies, by identifying which ingredients work for who and in what circumstances

@DrJohnABaker @VeikkoPiri As I understand it active ingredients aren’t a taxonomy—they’re the essential elements that show each Safewards intervention has taken place, as identified by experts in a Delphi study. They help us recognise when an intervention has actually occurred.

Final day of the #ECVCP2024 and enjoying listening to @mckennakdkit talking about #debriefing I spoke about what should be happening according to NHS trust policies. Kevin now talking about the multi-axial model of post-occurrence review (debriefing).

@NycIcarusOrg @PeterLepping This was more of a theoretical discussion. Practically, there is no point offering choice if those choices aren't followed, which sounds like your experience.

@dr_nutmeg @PeterLepping is this a list that is compiled before an incident? or a real-time question-- coping skill, pill, shot? my workplace has a list but no one looks at it or adds to it. as for the real-time question, its not done by people who are regulated, so its unhelpful.
