What first caught my attention about C15:0 was its origin. The science behind it came out of research on aging Navy dolphins and why some stayed healthier for longer. That discovery has since grown into a full body of work, including a published book, over 100 peer-reviewed studies, and more than 60 patents. Fatty 15 is built on that research, not trends, which is why I find this conversation around cellular health so interesting.
