This is a £180 appliance failing just after 2 years, followed by:
• Generic responses
• Push to buy new unit
• Missed escalation timeline
• No communication for a week
Very disappointing customer service.

Zone 2 has failed just after 2 years.
Heating element turns red, but the fan no longer runs,
@BurgerKingUK Warning to Burger King app users - I was overcharged and have been trying to contact them since 26th Dec via the app, contact page, Facebook and Twitter. Still no response.
Product says upto 3 years warranty but @RussellHobbsUK are refusing to offer the warranty after 2 years. Instead they are offering a discount to buy a new product. Completely unacceptable.

@RoyalMailHelp That small receipt you get from the post office can easily be misplaced. Specially when its over a month. Please get someone to look into this urgently. THanks
@RoyalMailHelp You've lost the package and now try to avoid the compensation. So much hype about introducing new 72p pick up services when you are not able to handle your existing services properly.
