@crewsox11 @drich318318 @AdamMcCalvy Contreras struck out. And I know, with one out he would have a different approach at the plate, but the point is. He struck out. I will take my chances of Jackson scoring on that 9 out of 10 times and the outfielder not making the absolute perfect throw

Eli White's throw from left field found the absolute perfect spot to get Jackson Chourio at home plate. The Brewers challenged, but are denied the tying run.

@drich318318 @AdamMcCalvy They weren’t able to score all night, you finally have an opportunity to tie the game, you must take it. The only way he’s thrown out is an absolute perfect throw, and it happened. Move on to the next game.

@AdamMcCalvy I’m sorry, you can’t have second out at home in 9th inning. Just a bad coaching decision there. If it’s remotely close, you hold the runner. Down 1 with one out and runners at 1st and 3rd.

@wisportsradio Tim you are WRONG saying dont send him I absolutely guarantee with 100% certainty if they dont send him and still doesnt score. You’re screaming that in a game where they couldnt hit with risp, they didnt send him to put the pressure on the centerfielder to make a perfect throw

Here’s my pitch to get Giannis to stay: - massive coaching upgrade - Knicks won’t spend to keep team together - Celtics now have a problem with Jaylen Brown and his happiness there - Heat have the same problem with Herro and Ware (they also just aren’t a good team) - Cavs ruined their team with Harden - Embiid never stays healthy - Pistons can’t get it done in the playoffs Let’s go compete 🦌

@GregSylvander The Heat fans don’t deserve Giannis. You people have no clue about his personality. Giannis never asked for a trade. He asked to be competitive. With Jenkins and a couple pieces, the Bucks would be. Giannis wont leave 275mil on the table and risk injury and getting nothing.

If Milwaukee doesn’t have a truly better offer available & Giannis has told teams he will extend in Miami & very few other places…..The Heat are likely telling the Bucks “take our offer or watch Giannis walk into our space for no assets in 2027, suit yourself” I will admit, I am not that shrewd of a negotiator. I know I tend to lean towards the dramatic… but for me, this acquisition feels like an existential moment for the front office and organization. Just Get it done.

@TrolledByNate @itsjwills Miami fans simply don’t deserve him. You clearly have no idea about anything about him and his personality. He’s a a businessman and there’s no chance he thumbs his nose at 275 mil. Especially with a history of leg injuries. He’d 100% sign.

If Miami wants to low ball their offer, Bucks should roll the dice and see what happens when they put a max contract in front of Giannis. See how things go with the coaching change. If Miami wants to play around, let’s see if it results in Giannis staying a Buck for life.
Barry Jackson@flasportsbuzz

Updates: Orlando hasn't been pursuing, per The Stein Line's Marc Stein.... Portland has interest but with no longterm commitment from Giannis, they're in no position to bid a ton. Bottom line: if Bucks intend to trade him, waiting on a decision until after the draft is really foolish.

@WadexFlash No way they think they can sign Giannis for free in 2027. No way, you just made that up. Bucks aren't stupid, they won't just let Giannis walk. Zero zero zero chance. There is not 1 person on the Heat that thinks that either, guarantee it.

The Miami Heat and Milwaukee Bucks are having a “who blinks first” situation for Giannis Antetokounmpo. Miami feels like their current offer is good especially when they feel like they could sign Giannis for free in 2027. Bucks aren’t satisfied with the Heat’s offer but it could also be their best option on the table. It’s either Miami gives up another asset or Bucks give in and accept.

@prozacprodIIIgy @hoopsfan49 @GeryWoelfel You can’t move the goal posts. Andrew Berry runs the Browns and Horst is the GM of the Bucks. You can’t pick and choose when to give Haslam credit and when not to depending on your angle

While the impending Antetokounmpo trade is understandably garnering most of the media’s attention, there’s been whispers about a potential Bucks ownership shakeup. I’ve been told Jimmy Haslam is quite interested in running the show with Wes Edens, the team’s current governor, possibly moving on. Something to keep an eye on.

@TavernWISports You have zero confidence because they most always draft past 20 where the chance of hitting is 7% in the NBA. Not having faith in picking 10 when they normally pick past 20 it’s just not a fair argument to have

If the #Bucks do trade Giannis to the #Heat & acquire the 13th pick to go along the 10th pick. How much confidence do you have that Horst & the scouting department will draft two solid players? Historically speaking, I have absolutely zero confidence at all in his drafting.

@BigMike0528 @GeryWoelfel It’s amazing how many people actually don’t know anything about the Haslam group, there’s more out there than just the NFL, and they have had incredible success in the world of soccer which is much harder than the NFL. The Browns have always been a mess

@itsjwills I actually think it is a debate. Nobody is questioning Giannis's talent, but to question his availability at the age of 32 this season, is 10000% a debate.

@brewcitypaul @DC_Bucks_Fan I wouldn't be surprised if Giannis is starting to realize at the end of the day, the Bucks might actually be his best shot at winning. Instead of being traded to a team that will have just gotten rid of all draft capital and 80% of their talent.

@Giannis_Great @itsjwills Giannis is a very. Very smart business man. If the Bucks put 275mil in front of his face. He is not walking away from that and risk yet another injury and then getting nothing, or a fraction of it. He will absolutely sign it. And then demand a trade after.

@robdill53 @MikeHow11562575 @mattschneidman Clearly if Lloyd didn’t say it was ok the doctor wouldn’t share. This is a non conversation. We know all the ins and outs of players health. Literally after MRI’s or X-rays for example the results are made public immediately. That’s how it works.

Packers RB MarShawn Lloyd spent months this offseason working with Dr. John Meyer in California with the goal of fixing his body, which has failed him so far in the NFL. I spoke with Meyer about what they did and what he found. More in this free story: nytimes.com/athletic/73557…
