The same people insisting (usually out of nowhere 🚨) that it isn't a race, then go on to deny that it's a sport or that it includes any competitive features whatsoever.

Reposting this as it’s upsetting the right people. Despite what the critics say, there are first finishers at parkrun. They are listed on the event history pages, and females must have the same opportunities as me to finish first, without cheating males stopping them.
