@Morgan_J_Talty I'm working on an interconnected story collection. Big difference for me as compared to a novel is that each chapter (story) can stand alone AND one can shuffle up the story order and the collection still makes sense.

I really think this is true and it’s also a time for writers to figure what these are—what makes an interconnected story collection? In what ways does it stand on its own by pushing back against the novel and the traditional story collection?

After 90+ years of producing more #love than any heart I've ever been connected w/, my mother's heart beat its final beat last night at 9:45. Thank you, Mom, for everything, including this day of fun we had on Lake Peekskill 20 yrs ago. Many, many of us will miss you always.
