This YouTube intro was killing retention. So I fixed it. Before → slow intro, no hook, weak pacing. After → strong hook in 3 seconds, faster pacing, visual pattern interrupts. Small changes like this are why most YouTube channels stay stuck unidentified Editing isn't just cutting clips It's controlling retention
