She said, those buildings are for personal wealthy people and the skyscrapers are for normal average earners. lol

In China buildings like these are mostly occupied by low and mid income earners, skyscrapers are a way of managing land and cramping people together

The Enugu–Port Harcourt Expressway has been fully rehabilitated under the Federal Government as part of efforts to restore key national road infrastructure and improve connectivity across the South-East and South-South regions. The corridor remains one of the most important highways in the country, linking Enugu through Abia State to Port Harcourt in Rivers State, and supporting heavy commercial and passenger movement. The project was carried out under the supervision of the Federal Ministry of Works, led by the Honourable Minister of Works, Sen. David Umahi. The rehabilitation covered critical sections of the road, including the reconstruction of failed portions, asphalt resurfacing, drainage upgrades, and general structural improvements aimed at restoring durability and ensuring smoother traffic flow. FAAC has distributed ₦2.30 trillion among the Federal Government, states, and local government councils from May 2026 revenue
This represents an increase of ₦43 billion from the ₦2.26 trillion shared in April.
This represents a 1.9 per cent month-on-month rise and continues the upward trajectory in federation revenues. The April allocation had itself jumped by ₦217 billion from March’s ₦2.04 trillion, while March was ₦150 billion higher than February’s ₦1.89 trillion.
The figures were announced on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, by the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation following the FAAC meeting in Abuja. A statement by Director of Press and Public Relations, Bawa Mokwa, confirmed the distribution.
Total gross revenue available for May stood at ₦3.395 trillion. After deducting ₦123.546 billion for cost of collection and ₦971.610 billion for transfers and refunds, the distributable amount came to ₦2.30 trillion.
