What DL with a history of DUI have been long-term animals on the line? Guys with assaults or other anger issues? Sure. Charles Haley had undiagnosed bipolar. But Aldon Smith had similar maturity and choice issues. So did Reuben Foster. Both were animals on the field and both wasted their careers away. Why? Because MORE money and freedom never equals more responsibility.

Exactly what I was talking about in my other post. Why is DUI suddenly a coveted trait? What about a DUI makes someone a good Dlineman? He did something stupid and reckless with a car and you think he'll be more responsible with $20 million and a first round pick investment?

@Graham_SFN DUI arrest in December of last year and an assault charge he plead guilty to in October 2022 after he and other players from Mizzou attacked some Michigan guys in the tunnel after a game, including punches and kicks. It included probation but no jail time for the assault.

I did a film show on him earlier in the draft season before I realized he had the off-field issues. I doubt the 49ers have him in their top-90 because of that.
