This quarter, I’ve closed multiple $1M+ without a slide deck.
I’m using a single AI tool. Today, I want to share it, free.
After signing, a prospect asked me how we created the site. They were so wow-ed they wanted it for their own clients.
Here’s what floored them: it took a single designer 5 minutes to prompt and launch.
The AI chains together 6 key parts of our sales process, turning a 18-page deck into a single, personalized website.
When they asked, I gave them this template and workflow.
Now I want to share it for free:
Follow me + comment “GA” and I’ll DM it.

This OpenClaw bot finds & reaches out to creators on autopilot...
My client uses it to sign 100's of creators to his agency, here's how it works:
- Finds 100's of creators via YouTube & Twitch
- Scores every channel by views, niche & fit
- Writes fully personalised emails for each one
- Sends follow-ups automatically until they reply
- Flags responses and books calls without you touching it
- Runs 24/7 while you focus on closing
Reply "OpenClaw" and I'll send you the full breakdown of how you can do it too (must be following so i can DM)

I run a $110K/month agency with 6 AI employees.
They have names. Personalities. Jobs.
One writes content. One monitors infrastructure. One runs campaigns.
Here's the full setup:
Most people use AI like a search engine. I use it like a staff.
The difference: context files that make each AI know its job, its boundaries, and me.
USER.md — Who You Are
Teaches AI everything about you:
→ Name, location, timezone
→ Your business and goals
→ Working patterns and communication style
The AI can't serve you if it doesn't know you.
SOUL.md — Personality & Principles
The AI's operating system:
→ Core truths ("Be resourceful before asking")
→ Communication style and banned phrases
→ Boundaries and business context
This turns a generic assistant into YOUR assistant.
IDENTITY.md — Who the AI Is
Give it an identity:
→ Name (mine is Jarvis)
→ Role (chief of staff, content writer, etc.)
→ Vibe and operating principle
An AI with identity has consistency.
AGENTS.md — The Operating Manual
The longest and most important file:
→ Startup routine (what to read first)
→ Memory system (where to log, what to remember)
→ Safety rules and learned mistakes
MEMORY.md — Long-Term Memory
Persists across sessions:
→ Discovered preferences
→ Business learnings
→ Key decisions made
Without this, you restart from zero every conversation.
TOOLS.md — Integration Notes
Your AI's reference manual:
→ API endpoints and workflows
→ Team contacts
→ What works and what breaks
Skills — Specialized Instructions
Auto-trigger based on keywords:
→ Content generation
→ Sales follow-ups
→ Lead enrichment
→ Customer onboarding
The Agent Squad
I don't have one AI. I have six:
→ Jarvis — Chief of Staff
→ Loki — Content (8am + 3pm daily)
→ Ivan — Infrastructure (20K email accounts)
→ Hades — GTM campaigns
→ Scrapy — Data extraction
→ Trigify — LinkedIn scraping
Each has its own context, memory, and job.
How They Work
8am — Loki writes 5 tweet drafts
9am — Posts to Slack
10am — I approve 2. Done.
No prompting. It runs on a schedule.
Safety
My AI once bought 164 domains without asking. $1,640 gone.
Now I have:
→ Trusted user verification
→ Financial action gates
→ Prompt injection defense
→ Regressions (mistakes become rules)
Proactive Behaviors
The AI doesn't wait:
→ Cron jobs for scheduled tasks
→ Heartbeats for check-ins
This is the difference between a tool and an employee.
The Stack:
→ OpenClaw (open source orchestration)
→ Context files
→ Skills
→ Agent squad
→ Tool integrations
→ Cron + heartbeats
Everyone's sharing AI setup guides.
That's a good start.
This is what happens when you go 10x further.
Not a chatbot. A system that runs while you sleep.
Like + comment "setup" and I'll DM you the full template.

Very fair assessment. I certainly didn’t vote for him and the one thing he should have done, given his background, is deeply understand Canada’s financial situation. Canada hasn’t had a budget since April 2024 and it’s critical that Carney understand where we currently are before continue to spend recklessly. Other than that, I too am willing to give him a moment for the time being but my patience is dwindling.
English

Yeah, that's the thing. Whatever he's going to do it's going to take some time for it to come to fruition. If you check the responses you'll see a host of "Why didn't he get rid of the corporate carbon tax or repeal this piece of legislation" etc etc posts... Well, he's a Liberal - he was never going to repeal that stuff if he could avoid it, and we're lucky he at least dropped the consumer carbon tax to zero and repealed the DST (under duress). But, whatever he IS actually going to do is going to take time to come to fruition.
The simple reality is that we didn't get a Conservative government - which, despite being a Liberal at heart, I think would have been preferable given the disaster that was Trudeau. We're not going to get Conservative policies - at least, not many of them - which means he's not going to come in and Hoover up everything Trudeau did. Heck, he advised Trudeau to do a lot of it - to his shame.
Personally, I'm thinking at the one-year mark is when I'm going to start saying - loudly - that he is a do-nothing. I've already been hyper-critical of his "Elbows up" campaign... But, to be fair, what I said in the first post is true. It's too early to judge him as PM.
English

Pretty sure he is increasing the existing industrial carbon pricing mechanism which will be passed to consumers. There is no way it does not. Carbon taxes can work with communication for industry to spur innovation and cap ex but Carney is a net 0 guy. Consumer price will be back on once the election is over should he and the Liberals win a 4th term.
English

So Poilievre was right this whole time?
Now do gun bans 🤷🏼♀️
Liberal Party@liberal_party
This is action for Canadians.
English

Debates are important to get a conversation of ideas and a good moderator fosters depth in those ideas. This first Liberal debate was a disgrace as the moderator didn't challenge any of the candidates, at all. Please, for the official debate between the national parties when Canada has its election, can we bring in @VassyKapelos to moderate? Canada is at a crossing point and we need to dig really deep.
govt.exe is corrupt@govt_corrupt
#WATCH: Chrystia Freeland, Karina Gould and Mark Carney all agree. Pierre Poilievre is too weak to stand up to Trump, which is why the next Prime Minister should be a Liberal. This is the most pathetic 'debate' I've ever seen!

Way to go Team Canada!!! Amazing win! 🇨🇦🇨🇦 #4nations #TeamCanada

@fastpitstop @ausbonn2 Weight-savings. The W14 needs every bit of help it can get…
English

@JassFM91 @samzone12 Umm...Maybe Masi could have simply followed the safety car procedure as stated in the sporting code. That could be a good place for him to start rather than listening to any team on what to do.
English

@Goatspanker @J_Casimiro_ So you are literally fine with the rule book being thrown out for your guy and if anyone complains, they are whinny and need to get over it. Right.....I guess your profile is correct. You have no affiliation to common sense.
English

@J_Casimiro_ if you listen closely you can see Lewis fans still crying about this shit and everything else, bunch of whiny bitches, christ almighty
English

@JassFM91 @samzone12 Wrong. Abu Dhabi was Masi's mess and he got fired for it. The fact that he clearly did EXACTLY what Wheatley asked of him speaks volumes of his corruption and that of Red Bull's.
English

@haluluyaaaa @rymdrddngtn @caley_mikey @ESPNF1 Bottom line, the only thing that matters is whether Masi followed the rule book as written and he did not. Everything else is BS.
