@tntsports PLEASE get rid of this horrible feature. I can’t hear the game. I can only hear commentators talking nonsense and can only see 65% of the screen!

@mobgamesstudios when does PP3 come out on iPad? My son is patiently waiting and no information is available anywhere from what I can see. Thanks!

I’ve learned a ton in the last year trying to navigate innovation. Spoiler alert, the technology is the easy part. @eeiswerth/lift-off-accelerating-innovation-45b025795c14" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">medium.com/@eeiswerth/lif…

@burgessdryan Love this. I have the same philosophy. Bug me later if I was needed…

@AirCanada I’m beginning to believe it’s policy to delay flights. Flying into and out of YVR this last week has been utterly horrible. Both directions we needed a new plane and experienced significant multi-hour delays. And I’m still being charged to check a bag…

@Walmart I’m at a loss. I’ve now spent 45mins on the phone and 45mins on the chat trying to get my refund for a package that never came. Seriously, what do I do? It literally says “one second” - 45mins later…

@espn this is an absolutely horrible experience. Star watch sucks. Clearly nobody working there has ever watched a hockey game. While you’re at it get rid of all the stats at the bottom. Abomination of an experience.

@JemYoung What would you wear if your mother-in-law wasn’t there?
English

@JemYoung I would agree with you. How are folks dealing with this? Seems like leaders need to lean on each other.

I’ve been thinking about decision making and accountability lately. How much accountability and what are the trade offs? I’ve put some thoughts together on something I’m calling the Seesaw Decision Framework: @eeiswerth/seesaw-a-decision-making-framework-e7237841f8fd" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">medium.com/@eeiswerth/see…

@_alexbrogan Great list! I’ll throw another into the mix. Useful, not useful? Would be curious what folks think.

I often find myself wondering: Is my team working on the right things? What should we start, stop, or continue doing? Did the work we deliver meet expectations? To answer these questions, I need feedback, and I know it's out there. @eeiswerth/theres-surplus-feedback-all-around-you-27951ea3f7cf" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">medium.com/@eeiswerth/the…
