Jazz 5G - Season Wrap-Up ⚡ Well, that was fun! Six weeks went by in an absolute flash, but we are walking away with so many incredible memories to hold onto. I’ve been reading everyone’s messages, and I deeply appreciate everyone who took the time to reach out. There is a lot to learn from this campaign, and I will dive straight into all of that after taking some much needed time off. For the fans craving more, I have some exciting news: this summer, you’ll get an in depth, BTS look at exactly how this season panned out. As we officially sign off on this season, there are many people I need to thank for making this journey possible: @salnaseer: Without you, I’d probably still be sitting in the stands watching the league as a fan instead of an owner. Thank you. Chairman @MohsinnaqviC42 sb: Your vision and passion for the sport have been instrumental in helping Pakistan host such an incredibly competitive and successful tournament. @tdpaine36 & The Coaching Staff: You were all absolutely fantastic, especially considering the extremely limited time you had to prepare with a brand new unit. We are so lucky to have some of the best minds in the business at our franchise. The Players: You all fought bravely and competed at a level that took us from possible playoff contenders to outright favorites for the title at one point. @petersiddle403: A very special mention to you. For your tireless efforts both on and off the pitch, you made an incredible difference to this squad. To honor that impact, we will officially be naming our *Bowler of the Day* award after you from next season onwards! (And don’t be surprised if he wins a few more of those himself next year too!) The Fans: I know it’s never easy to deal with defeat, but the unwavering support you showed and the immense love we’ve received not just from South Punjab, but from all over has been incredibly touching. It will be our ultimate fuel to push harder and do better next season. Fellow Franchise Owners & Managers: To @sameenrana, @Rehan_ulhaq, @HaiderAzhar, M Akram, @nadeem_omar57, and @Salman_ARY in particular thank you for taking time out for me during multiple moments this season and helping me navigate the steep learning curve of being a new team owner. It’s a wonderful environment, and I’m lucky to have learned from all of you. The Journalists: Thank you to all the media personnel who spent hours out in the heat, working incredibly hard to bring the news and stories to the fans. You’ve been fantastic all season long. My Family & The Backroom Team and our sponsors: I am so sorry we couldn’t quite get over the final hurdle, but I am so immensely happy to have gotten closer to you all and shared these wonderful memories together. For this final leg of the tournament, I can officially put my fan hat back on and what a lovely end it is shaping up to be! You can never discount @76Shadabkhan , who is a true fighter, and then there is the very pumped and talented unit of @HHKingsmen (with a special mention to Ali Daisy what an incredible player and team man). At the end of the day, despite all the challenges and circumstances, it is absolutely clear that the league is headed in the right direction. I am so grateful to be a part of it. It’s a beautiful thing to see Pakistan cricket growing and to watch so many talented youngsters getting the opportunity to learn from world-class, experienced players and coaches. Rivalries exist only to the extent of the tournament. Beyond that, all the stakeholders are spending a ton of resources and time with one shared goal: to grow our country’s image and elevate the sport we all love.
