@BladePocok @shaunwalker7 I would say that it’s probably also a matter of capacity. These trains have been at full capacity since the attacks began. Not to mention that these people had to pack up their lives in a matter of days, and where are they going to go?

@shaunwalker7 Why are they fleeing just now? I mean the fights are happening for almost 1 week and everyone wants to leave NOW in a rush?

Unbearable scenes at Kyiv central station. Old people, kids, disabled people, pets, this train is already packed full. People fear it could be the last chance to flee.

CHALLENGE: Make your most persuasive case for how to make your city better for EVERYONE, using the FEWEST number of words possible. Everyone else, retweet &/or fav the responses that u think are the best combination of persuasiveness & brevity. Answers with the most RT/favs win.

What’s the best movie about city planning that isn’t a movie about city planning? My choice — Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

@damianocerrone Encourage districts with heterogeneous populations. Either by creating variety in housing typologies or making districts equally desirable and providing high quality transit and tightly networked transportation between them. Just a couple thoughts. I’m sure there are more.

@jahorne Nope. This would seem to qualify as tailpipe/exhaust displacement.

To be clear, the answer is NOT larger parking spaces. It’s halting the trend toward bigger & bigger vehicles in cities. (Taken in our parking structure in Downtown Vancouver)

I'm going to build a Twitter bot that does nothing but select completely random tweets and quote tweet them with "Let's stop pretending that this is okay." Only when the baffled and outraged visit my profile do they see that my posts are exclusively this message

@OskarSimann It would seem that there are several layers to this. But, I for one, do not think this is a good thing.

GM's new EV ad is entertaining for sure. But it also: 1⃣Discourages carpooling 2⃣Promotes misplaced American exceptionalism 3⃣Disregards GM's decades undermining climate science & pollution regs 4⃣Fails to note Norway's success is due to progressive taxes & policies 1/n

I literally have never used Voice commands. I feel like it has a future, but I haven't seen it yet. Is there someone who is using it actively? In what areas do you use voice commands?
