@damianocerrone Encourage districts with heterogeneous populations. Either by creating variety in housing typologies or making districts equally desirable and providing high quality transit and tightly networked transportation between them. Just a couple thoughts. I’m sure there are more.

To be clear, the answer is NOT larger parking spaces. It’s halting the trend toward bigger & bigger vehicles in cities. (Taken in our parking structure in Downtown Vancouver)
