Talking to family members in the Chinese school system makes me feel rly bad. People here spend their entire childhood studying and doing nothing else I went overseas at a young age and I've honestly just had everything handed to me since. I have no reason to not be happy :(

@tarkovg1rl its not placebo more that people have a lot of biological variances, different shit work differently for different people. Prog has consistent and noticeable effect when take in high doses or applied topically, citrulline will help with blood flow, at a small or very large dose

HRT dont directly cause atrophy, and an easy fix for general dysfunction is taking 750-1500mg of l-citrulline daily. Bonus it makes u more sensitive to physical stimulation
