Babu kaffara, KD Elumelu cannot stand and make such submission. Kai forget about the House, he cant even make such submission on a Twitter space! He doesn’t have the intellectual depth or articulation width. Both of which should be basics for a legislator. I know some ignorant folks will come and make arguments that there are others in such positions that lack intellect and articulation. Well, I want to see Nigeria progress and not retrogress. Replacements should at least match or be better than who they are replacing, not be far off.
