Just finished a whirlwind week of meetings. I didn't fully realize how many people feel bullied and intimidated by the Alberta PCs.

Going to the Chamber to hear the Fraser Institute's Nadeem Esmail on Alberta's health reforms - "Shuffling the Deck Chairs on the Titanic".

Going to meet Ruth Richardson, the former New Zealand Finance Minister reknowned for her free market reforms in NZ in the early 90s.

At a packed meeting of the Wildrose Alliance in Bearspaw. Fraser's Nadeem Esmail just finished speaking on the sorry state of health care.

Listening to John Carpay (Canadian Constitution Foundation) talking about free speech - "the lifeblood of democracy".

David Yager (PSAC) is now up - his speech is on the New Royalty Framework - subtitled "How Ed Stelmach is Ruining Alberta"
