@MohapatraHemant It is true... Because of the pandemic and remote work culture, it has become absolutely possible to innovate from anywhere. The geographical location simply doesn't matter. YCombinator is running the last 2 batches remotely. India is in a sweet spot now.

Past 6mos: the fastest growing SaaS co we've ever seen came from Ahmedabad. The hottest OSS co globally right now is in Jaipur & another contender in Kochi. No "IIT" types & many dropouts. In Crypto, this phenomenon is 10x. India is undergoing a foundational broadening of access.

@hnshah 'Startup' is indeed a special type of entity and has a slight difference from the traditional business. What's different is Business=Startup+Monetization+Profitability

@anandmahindra @ErikSolheim When you are constantly thinking of something and your mind is somewhere else, these things do happen. How to avoid it? Be in the moment, although you do not have an option to be anywhere else than the moment itself.

@AabhashK @building_nishu The smartest people we know are going to do remote work forever. And, it's true, talented people have realized their true potential, and surely have 3 backup plans in case their employer forces them to come back to the office.

Apple is getting pushback from its employees on being asked to return to a $5 billion spaceship of an office where everything is "free". Meanwhile, Indian cos assuming their employees will happily come back for some bean bags, ping-pong tables and free Samosa Fridays. 😂
