@andylimb @JohnnyGiles @mattthebat92 @MrPaulRobinson Might be slightly over-stating their friendship. She also starred in the TV series, A Kind of Loving - in the 80s.

@andylimb @mrdavidnwood @MrPaulRobinson Slight correction, it was my first Newcastle match, but yeah, a 3-2 win.
English

@mrdavidnwood @elnufc @MrPaulRobinson Eleanor would be very happy to tell you her first ever match was Newcastle beating Leeds in 1977. As I may have mentioned on here previously, I got an A in O-level English writing about the "PLEASE BEHAVE" classic in 1982 where we smashed Keegan and co. (2/3)

@mrdavidnwood @MrPaulRobinson The last time I took @elnufc for a 'romantic' afternoon sat in the West Stand, #lufc lost 2-0 to Newcastle. A flask of brandy would've come in very handy.

@JohnnyGiles @mattthebat92 @jslovechild @elnufc I *think* it's this game: toon1892.com/detail_match.p…

@andylimb I had Bright Eyes, I’m sure.
You get a pass for ABBA imo.
English

@jslovechild I lived there in my 1st year as a student. I chose it for its proximity to the ground so I could be back from the match in time for final score.

@virginmedia it's proving impossible to get hold of a real person to either speak to or email to try and change the package I have. And impossible to change what is a really simple thing online. Please advise.
English

@JohnnyGiles @andylimb I thought it might have been Jenny Belle Star.

@MichaelRosenYes Tests test what you're supposed to know and if you think in the way tests want, and whether you can write and think in a given time. Sometimes you know what you're supposed to know, but you can't write it fast enough, so it looks like you don't know what you're supposed to know.
