@Martinfox2000 Are you arguing this should be the standard? Are you talking practice nurses/community nurses? I'm thinking all and I think its an uphill challenge due to increasing pressures across all teams. Tension and stress on the up....more support required for our nursing colleagues 😊

In a lively meeting with clinical leaders today, I’ve argued for the simple approach of nurses including foot pulse palpation + Doppler waveform interpretation, as adjuncts to ABPI /TBPI. To support safe & proactive chronic limb oedema management. Am I flogging a dead horse? 🤔
