How do I know as a stranger his caste or creed. I just look at experience. Arun name can be put to any one. There is one Dr Sudhakaran (Ms (Ortho), DNB (Ortho), MNAMS, MRCS (ED),) who did surgery to one of my uncle's who is settled in Palakadu. How will we know which caste is he.

There is almost a 4X price difference between Christian hospitals and PE backed hospitals in Kerala. Malayalis will get introduced to iron triangle of healthcare very soon. Expectations, access and cost wont match. Adjust accordingly.
