if you were a kid growing up in the 90s, you'll remember computer class in public schools, by the time i reached high school, only two semesters of programming were required, and our unqualified teacher read from the textbook

A person in my replies said that many people’s understanding of software usage or how AI works is like a medieval peasant understanding of disease, and I think that’s the perfect way to put it. We desperately need to educate people on basic technological concepts.
