GCX 2025 is now a wrap. It was a once in a lifetime experience going to my first convention and meeting so many new people and content creators and what not. I’ll never forget this event and i wish you all save travels and i’ll see you next year🤙🤙
@emilreeee Power through a sleep schedule and do not take stuff like melatonin.
Raising your zinc and magnesium is a good and healthy way to improve sleep since most people have too little in their body. Also, less blue light from screens helps a lot.
I know some of u gamers struggle with sleeping and I think I can finally admit I’m in the same boat.
Do people have any tips for falling asleep? I struggle closing my eyes and not thinking myself to death…
Restaurants? Rather eat at home.
Shisha/cigar? Rather have at home.
Clubs? I couldn’t be less interested.
I want to cruise around in cars and go to the mosque.
Besides that.
I’ll stay on house arrest thank you.
