remembering when i overdosed trying to kill myself and the cops took 40 minutes to get to my house (police station is 5min away) and then when they got there i started vomiting everywhere and i tried to get into the car immediately because i was in so much pain but++

never forget how they gave you distance when you needed love

being autistic feels like anything i say has a 50% percent chance of being misinterpreted and blowing up in my face to ruin my life

Im so grateful for people who help make me feel at ease even just for a little while

Do not let people gaslight you into thinking that duality does not exist. You can be grateful and annoyed. You can want more and be grateful for what you have. You can be angry and frustrated and still be grateful. A lot of religious and spiritual gaslighting out here.

On relationships self-betrayal is different from self-sacrifice. one is has potential to be mutually beneficial in the long run

Ignorance is not bliss for me. I wanna know everything. Don’t ever choose for me what truths you think I can/can’t handle. It’s not your choice to make if it impacts me.

Anyone else have “dream settings” where you have multiple different dreams in the same places? I used to talk to others about this and from my experience very few do.

mood it was my favorite thing to stay in liminal spaces like empty schools and churches all alone. I could breathe and meditate for once without worrying about masking and the overwhelming reality of existence and being around people.
