@stanchrisss It actually reminds me of a picture I’ve kept since I was a kid of my grandparents walking on the beach. It represents the ultimate goal in life. Finding your soulmate.

I’m just pointing out the structural flaw in the original post, it treats the U.S. as if it were a direct democracy instead of a representative republic. My comments are about civics and how the system is designed to function. I’m not making any claims about how well it works in practice or how corrupted it may be. Those are separate debates. And I’m not necessarily disagreeing with any of your points about corruption, etc. You may have good points that I might could agree with, with further study.

@eric_tcav @LibertyCappy The system is structured so that the FBI and CIA won't even interrogate Les Wexner after he funded Epstein for decades at the behest of the Rothschilds. That's how our system is structured. The DOJ is just as complicit. So yes, our representatives being bribed affects the system.

Quorum rules apply to legislative bodies when they conduct business, not to public elections. Elections don’t require a quorum of voters to be “legal.” Whether someone votes or not, the elected representative still holds the seat and exercises the authority of that office. So the mechanism remains the same, if a representative doesn’t reflect your views, the way to replace them is through the next election cycle.

@eric_tcav @LibertyCappy Unless he didn’t vote or didn’t vote for them. Failure to reach a quorum happens a lot in elections which means truly our elections haven’t been legal for years. ☠️

The existence of corruption or undue influence is a separate issue from how the system is structured. My point wasn’t “the system is perfect”, it was simply that in a representative republic, spending is approved through elected representatives. Criticisms of central banking, lobbying, or corporate influence don’t change the underlying mechanism of representation. They’re arguments about how well the system functions, not about how it is designed to work.

@eric_tcav @LibertyCappy The checks and balances built into US government by the constitution may have slowed down corruption, but it has been fully corrupted at this point. There is nothing representative about central banking, Palantir, war profiteerering, zionism, and oil lobbying ruling American govt

@eric_tcav @LibertyCappy But what do you do when you’re duly elected representative does not represent you or the peoples request but instead represents their own ideology?

“Fraud vitiates everything” applies when a specific act of fraud is proven in a specific legal context. It doesn’t function as a blanket nullification of all elections or all representation. Unless someone can point to a court‑proven instance of fraud that invalidates this man’s representative, the structure of representation still stands.

Participation isn’t the requirement, representation is. Even if someone chooses not to vote, they are still represented by the elected officials of their district. That’s how representative government works structurally. Opting out of voting doesn’t create a personal exemption from taxation or from laws passed by the elected legislature.

@eric_tcav @LibertyCappy Then you need to prove that he actually paticipated in voting system in order to electing ''representative''.

The existence of lobbying or corruption doesn’t change the underlying structure of representation. My point wasn’t “representatives always act perfectly”, it was that the mechanism of consent in a republic is representative voting. If someone believes the system is corrupted, that’s a separate argument. But corruption doesn’t erase the fact that representation is still the legal and constitutional mechanism by which spending is approved.

@eric_tcav @LibertyCappy You mean I pay a representative to get bribes from AIPAC and corporate lobbyists that ignore the people's voice anyway because we are legally mandated by threat of force and imprisonment to pay? When 96% of the representatives are bribed by AIPAC? Yeah... What a free Republic....
