我一直覺得推動我做很多事情的力量就是開心 可惜現在大半的時間都不會開心 即使我一直在練習不開心也能做事情，但還是不太一樣 等之後好一點，有很多想撿回來重畫的東西 重新體會應該要有的開心 不過偶爾在這種時候會絕望的想著 會好嗎

前陣子憂鬱症復發 每天都好想睡，睡到前陣子錯過超多會議被關心 沒有力氣吃飯，看著那些應該要喜歡的東西覺得什麼感覺也沒有 不想畫圖，覺得畫得這麼爛還要花時間畫嗎 不過好在有經驗、有病識感，很快就去看醫生了
