It’s impossible to be a great leader without empathy. Empathy is the hallmark of being human. If a person lacks this, then he/she can never truly feel with you. If he/she can’t feel with you, then they will never take the time to truly know you or represent your core values.

This morning I woke up discouraged with what is going on in our country. But one of my bible study brothers encouraged me with this scripture. “So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.” Gal 6:9
