These things then trickle down to players, who will have a hard time buying into a team concept preached by the coaches.

I saw Chip Kelly’s Oregon practices firsthand. It was a blur. Even the hired refs were gassed after the last whistle.
The goal wasn't just to play fast. It was to break their opponent’s will on Saturday’s —and they did every week—via physical fatigue, which caused complete psychological collapse.
That 2010 , 12-0 team, was the fastest team I have ever seen play.
Speed isn’t a tactic. It’s a weapon!

Again… You don’t collusions from the depth from that angle completely unblocked or undistracted by a route in football except for kickoffs. So no. Respectfully, that’s incorrect. Thats not a head on collision like the drill. I would like to see a clip if you have one though.

Feel however u feel about this drill but this separated the men from the boys while I was at SEMO! Had plenty of people get missing when this drill came around and it’s a reason they ain’t see the field 🤷🏾♂️💯 keep doing yo thing Coach Tuke!

As an OC you have to accept that you will be in the most critiqued position on staff. Everyone thinks they can call plays and that it’s easy. In reality it’s one of the hardest coaching positions in all of sports. But that’s also what makes it one of the most fun positions.

Trying to build team accountability. This is one way to do it but folks have never played and like to talk.
If you were really in the field, you would know these young athletes all over lack accountability, discipline, effort because people don't hold them to high standards.
