Coeur D Alene Idaho has failed to pass 2 school bonds. One for general funding, one for maintenance. I came to Coeur D Alene in 2012. Feeling lucky to have found CDA after 3 long residencies in Connecticut, South Carolina & Texas. A city is dying if they can't support schools.
