@everly_well terrible customer experience today. You completely lost one of our tests and so you held back $15 from the refund for “shipping/processing costs”. Your error, your problem. Feels like a scam to me. So unprofessional and greedy. Will avoid at all costs.

What kind of company (@honestmed) (1) sells dead stock that can’t be used or (@everly_well ) (2) can’t offer any similar replacement? I used my FSA money for this and the kit (almost $200) was not cheap!

Last month I purchased an @everly_well allergy test kit from @honestmed and just attempted to register/use my kit to no avail. When contacting the company they say they’ve discontinued the kit and have nothing similar to replace it with and cannot honor testing on existing kits

So I got their UNSOLICITED medical test in the mail from @everly_well. Just give them a sample that includes your DNA, it's FREE. By returning the test you agree, they can release your information including financial information to just about anyone without liability. JUST NO!

@everly_well My experience with these clowns leaves a bad taste. Ask what day it is. Ask if it is raining. Ask about a test they sent that one didn’t request. There response will always be: Sorry answering that “is HIPPA VIOLATION “. These people are pitiful!
