Hi, I've been in the ICU and just got out this past Tuesday. I was lucky a friend covered my immediate post inpatient expenses but I have to raise money for rent in Wednesday. Along with this I need to pick up Rome freezer meals because I don't have enough. My goal is $1000

A friend in Cuba just notified me that every single patient in that hospital that was on ventilators died tonight. I don’t have words.

There’s something supremely saddening and enraging about seeing a hospital running on bare minimum power. Thinking about dialysis patients, babies in NICU, and others tonight in Cuba. This is a blockade of death.

Another Eid and this picture is viral again. My heart breaks for Sudan every time I see it. This photo was taken in Darfur that is now under RSF control. They have raped, tortured & killed thousands! Its been 4 Eids now…I cant help but wonder if this little boy is still alive…
