It is because it provokes people and encourages hostile environments therefore it is in fact not okay to insult and although it says it’s protected…. In reality it’s not. The result of an insult clearly shows him being targeted and then arrested due to his freedom of speech performance.

@explainthistho @parti_king It unfortunately does. It’s legally protected as long as it’s not threatening, inciting violence, or causing a public panic. It doesn’t protect you from an ass-beating, but it does let you say it if you’re bold enough to do it.
