Here are some exercises we love to give our HS/MS Athletes who are doing Inseason training to help improve lateral quickness and power! Here are the exercises: 1️⃣Single Leg Hurdle Hops (Power) 2️⃣Lateral Hurdle Step Throughs (lateral quickness) 3️⃣Broad Jump (Power)

1. KB Goblet squat is a great exercises to target your quads/glutes and allow your body to push a lower depth into a squat. 2. Eccentric DB Squat Jumps is a great exercise to improve lower body power and recruit more muscle fibers in your jumping.
