1/ We kicked off #BlockchainWeekNYC with an exciting announcement at @fluidityio Summit: this summer, we will be launching the world's first Smart Mortgages: ethereum-powered mortgages for homebuyers.

"Fluidity processes the information and creates a smart contract with a tokenized representation of the mortgage. @toddlippiatt said these loans could then be packaged together and resold as securities through something like AirSwap."
