I had it in my mid butt both pregnancies Helps to stretch it, heating pad on it, massage with some tiger balm type stuff. But towards the end of my pregnancies I’ve just learned to mentally block it out whenever I can by staying busy. It’s really tough at night to block out. But you will get through it! ❤️I’m sorry

I have a weird pain? In my job/top off my left butt cheek? Hip pain is definitely from pregnancy bc I’ve felt this before but the part in my butt cheek? Is that normal? Only my left side

Me with a newborn: I’m never breastfeeding while pregnant ever again, that sucked! Me 2mo postpartum: Donate ALL these newborn & 0-3mo baby clothes, we won’t have another for a few years at least. Me 3mo pp: time to workout my core, I want a nice slim figure for the summer! Me 5mo pp: 🤮🤮🤮… hmmmm could it be? Nah. I’ll take a test just in case. No freaking way… Baby: Surprise! 🤡🤡🤡

@Elliesmommyy23 @WhiteBabyFac That’s what influencers do to us, take our views and go. We should treat them the same. I just take the usefulness out of their content when i feel called to it and move on 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve listened to some interviews, like all content I just use it for information. In one episode she interviews Barbara O’Neil I found that one interesting. I try to take in content for more than just entertainment when possible. I like learning things and growing I don’t care for brainrot content or to know the “lore” of whoever I’m watching. Take what I want & go vibes

Alex Clark has some good ideas and I've enjoyed listening to her podcast in the past, but I don't think it's wise for her to have a prominent role at TPUSA's Women's Leadership Conference considering that she's still unmarried at age 33. I'd much rather see a woman up on the stage who has embraced marriage and motherhood, like Rachel Wilson or Gina Bontempo. It makes no sense to me that a woman like Alex is still single if she truly holds conservative Christian values. What could be stopping her from finding a husband after all these years? She's famous for her conservative views, and there are so many great guys who would love to marry an attractive conservative Christian woman.

Have any of yall done something like VitaLabs or Function Health? I am so tired of feeling like crap and begging my doctors to do some comprehensive testing (like folate, hormones, cortisol, etc) and being told “lol no would you like an SSRI?”
