Michael Proctor's Motion to Conduct Limited Discovery to Third Parties Prior to the Court's Establishment of a Rule 16.1 and Rule 26(f) Conferences was DENIED. (My unprofessional interpretation) Michael Proctor wanted access to his phone dump prior to his deposition on June 8, 2026 to "refresh his memory" about what was in his phone. He wanted to see his videos, texts, call logs, etc. so he would know ahead of time what he was going to be asked about so he could give excuses for it.
