@DumbShepBF you take chickpeas, an onion, a few cloves of garlic, ground cumin and coriander, fresh parsley and cilantro, blend them together in a food processor, then add some salt, baking soda and flour to keep the mixture together, then shape it into balls or patties and fry those!

@SquiDark95 iirc because of the sulfur compounds, roasting highlights them A LOT in broccoli and cauliflower. it's better to blanche it first, then shallow fry, maybe add some garlic and butter idk
