We truly reached the theater of the absurd when it became “news” last week that hockey players are proud of their country.

The US isn't perfect. No country is. But I am incredibly proud to be an American. This hockey team has helped remind everyone to put politics aside and celebrate freedom. There is nothing wrong with being proud to be an American, regardless of your political ideologies.
