Layed off every employee that made people like Dallas (even before the superteams) and moved to Seoul. Wasn't Dallas one of the teams that had the biggest local fanbases and did the most in-person events?

@hastr0 @DallasFuel And why would you have had to rebuild the roster exactly? Outside of this saving costs on player housing because too much money was lost in bad investments where's the logic here?

Looking forward to @DallasFuel in 2023. Like many other organizations, we had to make some tough decisions this year. If we would have stayed in the OWL Western division, we would have had to completely rebuild our roster. Playing in the Eastern division allowed us to keep a good bit of our World Championship team and look to the future. Things aren’t ideal for the esports industry this year, but let’s make the best of it. #BurnBlue

There's only 1 team in Texas now, and we still won't support them.

We'll support the players as long as their jersey still says Dallas on the front. Hopefully the boys will be back in DFW come 2024, but the current track record of the org doesn't give us the biggest of hopes. Prove us wrong and we'll eat all the crow.

The best supported OWL team by its local fan base and the org can't be bothered to bring them back. @hastr0 and @H3CZ just sell the rights to someone that will actually continue to support the team and the city. We supporters deserve better.

We love this team. Have since day 1, but the decisions being made by this ownership group shows their focus isn't in the OW space. The players still deserve all the love in the world. They rep our city on their chest, but we firmly despise the direction the org is heading in.

Seen so many good Envy people let go since the OpTic takeover and it is truly disheartening.

The reaction of the community and industry peers to this should show you what a gem OpTic just laid off. The Fuel Community wouldn't be a fraction of what it is without her. She sees and cares about the people behind the numbers. There's no one more passionate and dedicated.
