@firstkeyhomes I just want to advise that I have advised and will take out a banner to fly across the sky advising people to not rent from FirstKey Homes because they don't take care of the property. They additionally will raise your rent way beyond the normal range.

@firstkeyhomes I am a renter in this has been the worst experience. I rented a house with pool that does not work. A lot of the things in the house are broken. It took 2 months to get the paperwork. Worst experience ever.

We pay you over $2k a month to live in a place where can’t flush our toilets, @firstkeyhomes. We can’t shower. We can’t wash dishes. We can’t do laundry. This happens at least once every other month, but you won’t fix it. You’re a GODDAMNED SLUMLORD.

As a renter of a @firstkeyhomes property, I again caution everyone against ever renting from this godforsaken company. If there’s a problem, they will not fix it. Even if you put in an emergency work order. And even if the same problem has persisted for nearly 5 fucking years.
