Just a reminder that @lippredicts and TOTC majorly blew the Ariana prediction just two weeks ago. Not only did they have her more than 10 points behind Choosin Texas in their midweeks, he did a special late midweek update on the last tracking day that had Ariana more than 25 points behind.
Now, there are reasons why a neutral caller could've gotten that wrong. There was a lot of activity in the last 24 hours. But a ton of odds and money moved on the Trump family affiliated Kalshi markets during that time.
Did Lipp or any of his team members place bets during that time? Did they alter their predictions in any way based on those bets?
Nobody knows. Because they refuse to be up front or have any sort of ethics standards.
He can keep crashing out and calling everyone a Nazi, but it doesn't change that his credibility will continue to rightfully be questioned until they actually take steps to build trust.

Since Lip unblocked me again, I can now respond directly again. Here is the issue:
1. You make predictions which are the primary movers of Billboard Hot 100 Prediction markets, of which $100s of $1000s is bet each week on Kalshi.
2. In addition to partnering with Kalshi, you have admitted to personally placing bets there on music charts.
This is a massive conflict of interest that would be disallowed in almost any industry. You are Brendan Sorsby, except instead of rehab and an apology, you just triple down on things.
That you have become increasingly deranged about Taylor and Swifties over the last several months is a mitigating factor, but it's not the main issue.
If you cared about ethics and the legitimacy of TOTC, you would take steps to increase transparency around your predictions, including independent oversight. You would also issue restrictions on your own gambling on music markers.
This is the bare minimum that anyone with your conflicts would need to do to be taken seriously. And it should honestly be legally required. But ironically, even though you love to call others MAGA, you personally benefit from Trump's lawlessness and deregulation of this new form of insider training.
You'll only be able to use Swifties as a punching bag for so long before this comes crashing down on you.
If you are serious about protecting the reputation of TOTC, do the actual things that will protect it.
