@fivetreehouses The safe zones being slightly different everywhere is so fucking annoying, that I'm considering just making everything either 1:1 or 4:3. Would look good both in vertical and horizontal, would avoid all the safe zones, and would save me the headache for exporting 5 versions.

Some tips for making short form content! Every platform has a slight different UI layout (it used to be the same but now everyone wants to be diffefent 🙄) So I make sure to take into account the layouts whenever I edit! Here's my general layout:

@skellyglob @FerroFlui in general no, but I try to avoid it because it looks cleaner whenever it shows up on someone's recommendation feed + im also unsure as to whether or not youtube prioritizes hashtags on your title first or description first but it does prioritize the first 3 tags

anyone have advice for breaking out of the ~1k views zone? i’ve started uploading daily just under a month ago and while things are pretty consistent, it feels like everything just flatlines in that 1k area preferably advice that isn’t “spend money on an editor” i can’t thanks

I personally prefer having the face/model at the bottom which is why I have this layout so you should absolutely change things according to your preference
