北京石基信息（Shiji Information）收购了StayNTouch，后来CFIUS介入特朗普2020年下令要求北京石基信息剥离其已收购的StayNTouch公司。
华为2008年收购3Com和2011年收购3Leaf都被CFIUS搅黄了，那时候美国甚至都还没开始制裁华为。
