This question didn’t sit right with me. Asking a player directly about his performance and why he thinks he’s not hitting his full potential is one thing. But saying that to the coach like that, with the player right there listening? That’s just... no.

Q. Doran’s play doesn’t seem to be going well lately Doran is a player that we always trust. In my opinion, he would do well in lane on a 7:3 or 6:4 advantage but he suddenly goes into a coin flip and it becomes a 5:5 situation. We are working on that and he has been doing well-

This interview pissing tf out of me. There's really no need to ask this type of question to a player who already admitted he's not in his 100% form but is trying his best to be better. Straight up rude and unprofessional, btw. Tom should've told them to piss off.
