Nav Toor@heynavtoor

Karpathy's LLM Wiki got 5,000 stars in 48 hours. Now someone extended it with the features it was missing. Memory lifecycle. Confidence scoring. Knowledge graphs. Automated hooks. Forgetting curves. It's called LLM Wiki v2. The original pattern was brilliant. AI builds a wiki instead of re-deriving knowledge from scratch every time. But it treated all knowledge as equally valid forever. In practice, that breaks. Here's what v2 adds: → Confidence scoring. Every fact carries a score. How many sources support it. How recently confirmed. Whether anything contradicts it. Knowledge that decays over time. Not everything is equally true forever. → Memory tiers. Working memory for recent observations. Episodic memory for session summaries. Semantic memory for cross-session facts. Procedural memory for workflows. Each tier more compressed and longer-lived. → Knowledge graph. Not flat pages with links. Typed entities with typed relationships. "A caused B, confirmed by 3 sources, confidence 0.9." Graph traversal catches connections keyword search misses. → Hybrid search. BM25 for keywords. Vector search for semantics. Graph traversal for structure. Fused with reciprocal rank fusion. Replaces the index .md file that breaks past 200 pages. → Automated hooks. On new source: auto-ingest. On session end: compress and file. On schedule: lint, consolidate, decay. The bookkeeping that kills wikis is now fully automated. → Forgetting curves. Facts that haven't been accessed or reinforced in months fade. Not deleted. Deprioritized. Architecture decisions decay slowly. Transient bugs decay fast. → Contradiction resolution. AI doesn't only flag contradictions. It resolves them based on source recency, authority, and supporting evidence. Here's the wildest part: The original LLM Wiki was a flat collection of equally-weighted pages. This turns it into a living system with memory that strengthens, weakens, consolidates, and forgets. Like a real brain. "The Memex is finally buildable. Not because we have better documents or better search, but because we have librarians that actually do the work." Built on lessons from agentmemory, a persistent memory engine for AI agents. Extends Karpathy's original. Open Source.

@AmoneyResists World is healing of autocratic governments. Ways to go working to dismantle all Fidiaz party captured institutions. Happy to think that in USA MAGA, Heritage Foundation, CPAC and other usual suspects should take the warnings.

Here is the inside of an AI Agent: Three core components: 1. Planner - Takes care of breaking down a task into individual steps. It's capable of taking feedback on the plan and generating a new version. 2. Evaluator - Takes care of evaluating a plan and providing feedback about it to the Planner component. It can also check the results of a task to determine whether they align with the plan. 3. Executor - Takes care of executing individual steps of a plan. All three components have access to tools and memory to do their job. I'm covering all of this in my cohort. It starts on May 4th. You can join at ml.school for lifetime access to the best engineering program you'll take online.

@dieworkwear @Morgan_C_Ross Notorious that a message of Pope against war and in favor un peace, has been so offensive to other people self promoted Christian or Catholic. No doubt they find in Trump, a pathological lier, hubristic, sex offender, megalomaniac, etc. more representative of Jesus.

The Wall Street Journal calls Mexico a "borderline failed state" — says Sheinbaum is the one unfairly casting the U.S. as the villain. For the Epsteinite media, you can threaten to invade, declare genocidal intent against entire civilizations, and somehow still be the good guy.

Mexico’s 120 million citizens will begin to enjoy free, universal access to healthcare from next year, following a decree by socialist president Claudia Sheinbaum. The landmark policy will unify a fragmented and unequal system that has left many unable to receive care at certain hospitals and clinics, forcing them instead to use only what their insurance provider covers. In theory, Mexico’s sprawling network of public health institutions should provide most people with coverage, but in practice poorer people and those in rural communities often cannot get the medicines or treatment they need without out-of-pocket expenses. Private health insurance, meanwhile, fills the gap, creating a two-tier system based on income. The first phase of the new universal system will begin on 13 April, with citizens aged 85 and older eligible to register for the ID needed to access care. From January 2027, healthcare institutions will start working together to bridge gaps in access to care. Since coming to power in 2024, Sheinbaum has sought to undo decades of damage caused by neoliberal policies, building on the work of the previous socialist government. She has pledged to build 1.8m new homes to tackle a housing shortage while strengthening tenants’ rights. Last year she announced plans to shorten the work week from 48 hours to 40 hours, while increasing the minimum wage by 13%, continuing a policy of regular hikes championed by her predecessor and mentor Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador since 2018. "For years it was said that the minimum wage couldn't go up,” she told a conference in December, “that it would cause inflation, that there would no longer be investment in the country, foreign investment.” Despite that, following a cumulative minimum wage increase of 154% since 2018, “we are at a record level of foreign investment," she added.

Interesante publicación de la lucha interna por el poder en OpenAI, que hizo de San Altman el CEO a costa de que muchos salieron de la empresa, demandaron como en el caso de Musk, o crearon competidores como el caso de Almodei y su Anthropic Claude.
Ricardo@Ric_RTP

This AI whistleblower just EXPOSED Sam Altman for manipulating his way into becoming OpenAI’s CEO. Everyone who helped him build it has left because they felt used. Karen Hao interviewed 300 people including 90 current and former OpenAI employees. And she just told Steven Bartlett what she discovered: In 2015, Altman needed Elon Musk to co-found OpenAI. Problem was, Musk was obsessed with AI as an existential threat. So Altman wrote a blog post calling AI "probably the greatest threat to the continued existence of humanity." Before that blog post? Altman's biggest fear was engineered viruses. Not AI. He literally rewrote his worldview overnight to mirror Musk's language word for word. Musk bought in. Donated millions. Co-founded the company. Then Altman stabbed him in the back. When OpenAI needed a CEO for its new for-profit arm, the co-founders Ilia Sutskever and Greg Brockman initially chose Musk. Altman went directly to Brockman, a personal friend, and said: "Do we really want someone this erratic and unpredictable to control a technology that could be super powerful?" Brockman flipped. Then convinced Ilia to flip. Musk found out he wasn't getting the role and left. That's how the biggest rivalry in tech actually started. Not over ideology... Over a backroom power play. But here's where it gets darker: Every single person who built OpenAI alongside Altman eventually felt the same thing Musk felt. Used. Manipulated. Discarded. Dario Amodei, VP of Research, thought Altman shared his vision. Over time he realized Altman was on "exactly the opposite page" and had used his intelligence to build things he fundamentally disagreed with. He left and founded Anthropic. Ilia Sutskever, co-founder and chief scientist, tried to get Altman fired. He told colleagues: "I don't think Sam is the guy who should have the finger on the button for AGI." He was pushed outounded Safe Super Intelligence. That name alone tells you everything. Mira Murati, CTO, left and started Thinking Machines Lab. No other tech company in history has had every single co-builder leave and start a direct competitor. Not Google. Not Meta. Not Apple. NOBODY. 300 interviews exposed one consistent pattern: If you align with Altman's vision, you think he's the Steve Jobs of AI. If you don't, you feel like you were manipulated by someone who will say whatever is needed to whoever is listening. When talking to Congress? AGI will cure cancer and solve poverty. When talking to consumers? It's the best digital assistant you'll ever have. When talking to Microsoft? AGI is a system that generates $100 billion in revenue. Three completely different definitions of the same technology sold to three completely different audiences. And if you publicly disagree with any of it? OpenAI subpoenaed 7 nonprofit organizations that criticized them. Sent a sheriff to a 29yo nonprofit lawyer's door during dinner demanding every text, email, and document he'd ever sent about OpenAI. A one-man watchdog nonprofit got papers demanding all communications with anyone who questioned the company. OpenAI's own head of mission alignment publicly said "this doesn't seem great." That's the guy whose literal job is making sure OpenAI BENEFITS humanity. Former employees who spoke up about secret non-disparagement clauses that threatened to strip their equity described the psychological pressure as "crushing." This is the company that tells us it's building technology "for the benefit of humanity." Same company that mirrors whatever language gets them funded. Same company where every builder eventually walks away feeling deceived. Same company sending law enforcement to silence critics. The biggest AI company on Earth wasn't built on technology. It was built on one man's ability to tell everyone exactly what they needed to hear. And the scariest part is that it worked.
