@MartinSLewis I can't convince my vulnerable person to even consider finding out if she's eligible. Proud, won't take charity, her business is private, others in greater need etc etc
But I know she doesn't have the heating on & spends lots of time in bed where it's warm. 🤷♀️ She is 82

Some getting angry about the system. I've been plain that while I don't oppose means testing a) the income thresholds too low b) linking it to a critically underclaimed benefit is flawed.
Yet today let's focus on helping ensure as many vulnerable elderly people as poss who are missing out, claim.

Had fun looking for the #winter10 this weekend. Managed to find 10 including a new one for me, Melilotus albus, white sweet clover.

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow I think the more you earn the more you want to keep it private. Also employers often say "don't talk to other staff about your salary or payrise" this is for their benefit not the employees!

It's quite ubiquitous, but I do have a bit of a soft spot for Ivy-leaved Toadflax, Cymbalaria muralis. This one was on the steps up to our room at the Blakeney Manor Hoter. #WildflowerHour

Two I need help with this week, but not flowers.
1. Variegated Bramble leaf but only one half of the leaf, why?
2. Heart shaped seeds, but what from? Think I've seen heath speedwell in this area & about the right height.

@BSBIbotany saw this very unusual bramble leaf of my wet dog walk earlier today. Why would only half the leaf be variegated? Never seen a variegated blackberry before.
