25-hour recap: pulmonary thromboendarterectomy, heart transplant, and double lung transplant. Not quite the transplant trifecta, but definitely a mind melta. Never a dull moment in our cardiac ORs. 🫀🫁 Best part? Being post-call and taking my kiddo to school 😊
