@MaryLouMcDonald Mary Lou, your party after despising the EU until Brexit appeared on the horizon and then falling in love with Brussels, views Ireland as part of any future Euro military option. Make your mind up. SF is like paper on a windy day

Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael are intent on dismantling Irish neutrality piece by piece. Let them put their shameful plan to scrap the Triple Lock to the people in a referendum. They will get their answer - hands off Irish neutrality! Today Sinn Féin launched our campaign to protect Irish neutrality. Read the document here 👉🏼 sinnfein.ie/neutrality/

@MaryLouMcDonald Vote chasers. Socialists and more importantly Marxists hate farmers and landowners. Luckily the majority realise that

Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael need to meet with the agricultural contractors, farmers and hauliers who are out on protest due to rising fuel prices which have people under huge pressure. Sneers and threats from government need to stop. If the government had listened to Sinn Féin weeks ago, all of this would have been avoided. Their half measure were never going to work. Prices are too high, way beyond what people can afford. We need prices to come down. The Dáil should be sitting to pass the emergency measures needed.

@MaryLouMcDonald By default Irish neutrality has started to diminish with membership of the EU and Brussels aspirations for a Euro Army. Much better to consider NATO

Irish neutrality is not drifting - it is being dismantled piece by piece by Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael. They are now planning on getting rid of the UN Triple Lock which is key in preventing Irish involvement in foreign wars. Neutrality belongs to the people and we need to protect it. Come along to our public meeting in the Sean O’Casey Centre on Friday 10th at 7pm. Be part of the campaign to protect Irish neutrality. Cosain ár neodracht - Sábháil an glas triarach! 🇮🇪

@moneillsf Today’s Sinn Fein have very little to do with 1916. You thrive on division and bitterness. The World has moved on

Today, we remember the generations of Irish men and women who devoted their lives to the cause of freedom. I was proud to join with leaders from across Ireland at the GPO in Dublin. The vision and ideals of the 1916 Proclamation remain as relevant as ever, an independent and sovereign Ireland rooted in equality and justice for all. Westminster has never, and will never, act in the interests of communities on our island. Now is the time to take our future into our own hands by building a new and united Ireland. Together, we can shape an Ireland that provides real hope, opportunity and prosperity for every worker, family, and community that calls this place home.

At Easter, we remember the generations of republicans who bravely stepped forward in the unwavering belief in an independent & sovereign Ireland. It was a privilege to address today’s commemoration in Monaghan. In communities across the island, there is growing momentum for a stronger & united Ireland. A new Republic that prioritises the needs & aspirations of workers, families & communities. We must seize this opportunity. An Phoblacht Abú!

@MaryLouMcDonald Thought SF tried to hijack the Green Carbon agenda. Do workers exclude our hard working independent haulage drivers. Maybe you should go to Teheran and ask if they would change their LGBTQ agenda

We have had days of silence from Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael as the fuel crisis deepens. Today Sinn Féin wrote to the Taoiseach and Ceann Chomhairle seeking the recall of the Dáil. Workers, families and key parts of our economy are struggling and can’t be abandoned for weeks as the government fails to get its act together. Government must act on Sinn Féin’s proposals: cut tax on home heating oil, go further on petrol and diesel, and deliver real cost of living support. We will keep fighting your corner to make life more affordable.

@johnfinucane John modern Republicanism post 1922 ensured Partition and has continually ensured the gun remains a part of Irish Politics. Party built on hate and division. The closest modern equivalent to Nazism

It was an honour to address north Belfast republicans today as we gathered in Bawnmore to remember our patriot dead. At Easter, we commemorate those who those went before us, drawing strength from their courage & vision. The Proclamation of 1916 remains as relevant today as it was 110 years ago, in its call for an independent & sovereign Ireland that cherishes all its people equally. Real & historic change is again taking place on our island. The opportunities before our generation are immense. We are the generation that can build a new & united Ireland, a nation that places the best interests of workers, families & communities at its heart.
