The first time I heard about a PhD I thought, "That's not for me. Nothing is worth 5 years of my life." Then I started teaching and realized, in exchange for helping 1 student realize their dreams, 5 years is pretty cheap. Yesterday I successfully defended for the 1 🥳🎉🎈#phd
