i got “cheated” out of $5k by an action player, and i didn’t care. during covid, i was playing in a great game online. i flopped top set against this guy, and we got in all the money for a $10k pot on the flop. he had a naked ace high flush draw. we ran it twice, and he won the first runout, i won the second. so we chop, right? 5 minutes later, i get a text from the game runner saying the action player accidentally had the run it twice option on, and didn’t know what it meant. he only wanted to run it once, so since he won the first runout, i needed to pay him the entire pot. in my head i’m thinking, “ok but… if he would have lost the first runout and won the second, would he have said a word?” but i paid the guy anyway. why? because i was making a ton of money in that game and wanted to keep my seat. prioritize long term ev over short term.

@k1r0vv @phil_hellmuth @WSOP Why did you use AI to shrink the size of the sand which he was eating? See below for original image, he got it 'Mikes way'

@ScottBunn @CoinPoker_OFF It is good practice and running deep in their daily $25 coinmasters is arguably tougher than getting deep in most lower buyin WSOP stuff

@andrewneeme @CoinPoker_OFF kudos for sharing. Fwiw I don't think a single other influencer for them has shared their results from playing, and 40k+ hands is decent sample size

Thought I would share some of my high level stats from playing PLO part time on @CoinPoker_OFF over the last ~2 months, building a bit of a sample: Attached in screenshot is my number of cash game hands played at each stake. Gross rake before rakeback: $12,795.30 Rewards including rakeback, leaderboards, and splash pot profit: $7,270.54 Current net profit is $14,962.47 over this stretch. (Some breakeven-ish tourney play over 117 bullets of small stakes MTTs in there too). Think it's a reasonable result. You'd want a bigger sample for a clearer picture, as PLO has so much variance, especially as I'm starting to get into 5c (even dabbling 6c). But happy with it so far as I've noticed that the online volume also has knock-on effects for the live tables. Good luck out there y'all.

@2NLChillGrind It's tough to be disciplined here w strong hand. But your hand doesn't beat value here (maybe have to call river with AK) and you're basically never going to be bluffed in this line at 10NL

Any getting away from this hand? 🤔 In the cutoff with AJs. MP raises, we 3-bet, they call. We flop the set of aces. They check, I bet half pot, they call. Turn is 3♣️. They check raise, I call. River is 9❤️. They jam for just over the size of the pot. Call or fold here? 👇 I called, and was shown the flopped full house 💀

People can’t seem to get enough of my man Brewer’s bust from the 10k Stud final table. But please let me show you the unedited view from my camera. The Kessler commentary adds a nice touch also. Enjoy!

You should definitely bet this flop, but can size down. Pot was like 7.5bb, cbet much smaller though like 1/3, or 1/4. TT specifically wants to bet, getting hands like KQ/QJ/KJ to fold is beneficial, you get value from worse pairs, and 6x. If there's a hand to check here, it's KK, since it doesn't need any protection. Jamming turn is def mistake. You're going to lose some chips vs his specific hand, but definitely shouldn't be busting out in this fashion.

The A is the worst card in the deck. Betting flop and shoving turn were both mistakes. Check the flop. See what he does. If he bets you call and check turn. You check again and if he bets again you have to fold. If he checks back on the flop you can bet turn but you proceed cautiously

🛑 Engage thinking cap: 1 away from final table you wake up UTG with 10s and raise 3BB. Hero has 25BB villain has 60. Villain defends. We c bet 4BB villain calls. 🤔Turn 8 and I jam and get snap called by A♦️2♦️. Was that the correct play? What would you do? #GlobalPoker

Poker tip of the day: In the first hand of a tournament… Raise to 2BB with QA suited. UTG raises to 10BB. We call. Flop comes Q610. We shove all-in. Our opponent calls with 88. The board runs out with clubs & our opponent hits a flush. Follow me for more great advice 😂🤦

@ScottBunn Some food for thought, tournaments are so top heavy, best tournament pros don't have huge itm rates but have very high FT+ 1,2,3 finishes
